The Van Brittan Brown workout is all about amping up those hip flexors, core, and quads. The intervals are on the longer end with the goal to continually move throughout the whole set with strong form. If you need a little break, pause, take two-four breaths, and then hop back into it.
Workout named after the smartie Maria Van Brittan Brown who developed the first version of the modern home security system. It included a combination of cameras, monitors, and microphones systems and the patent was approved in 1966.
