Let your kind thoughts fly today. Most of us go through our day giving people compliments in our heads without even realizing it (or do realize it and don't share). If you realize that you are impressed with a project a collegue is working on, like your partner's new hairstyle, or you think your kiddo is pretty cool...tell them. Kindness spreads and it can all start with a few simple words.
