Happiness Practice: Random Acts of Kindness

All day today, people! Sprinkle tiny acts of kindness throughout the day and watch people genuinely light up. These tiny actions (opening the door for someone, asking if someone needs a hand, offering up your seat on the bus) have the power to change the course of someones day and loop all the good feelings back to us. It's a win-win for everyone around.
