Happiness Practice: Organize the Week 

Get out your planner of a blank piece of paper and write down everything you want to get done this week. This includes everything work, fitness, family, friends, goals, and so on. Then break the master list of tasks up into managable, daily tasks.

If you've written the listed everything out on a blank sheet of paper, then tape that baby up somewhere you will see every day and start crossing off your amazing accomplishments as you move through them! High-five for the productive week ahead!
