Happiness Practice: Write That Love Letter

Take out a piece of paper and write a love letter to someone who has had a great impact in your life. It can be a romantic love letter, a friendship love letter, a mentor love letter, family love letter - any and all kinds of love. Take five minutes and express why you feel that way, what makes them special, and why you are grateful they are (or were if they are now passed) a part of your life.
