September Challenge


Welcome to Day 01!

This is all about establishing a foundation and seeing where your mind and body are at while getting use to the set up and your own badassery. There will be a warm-up, a One Minute Push-up Test and One Minute Air Squat Test, the workout, and then a cool down - all ready for you in your follow along Wangari Videos below.

Everything you need is on your September Homepage including a Welcome Packet and Training Journal to track your amazing progress!!

If any movement doesn't feel right or is too difficult at this time - always scale! There are a list of options on the right side of the screen for you to change and switch around the movements. You will get better results and feel your best if you listen to what your body needs.

Local Mount Prospect meet-up tomorrow at 6:45 am will be held at the triangle park on the corner of Shabonee Trail and Hi-Lusi. Bring a mat and some water and let's make it happen!!!

Happiness Practice: Three Things

The first thing I want you to do when you wake up in the morning is to immediately think about three things you love about yourself. These could be physical, emotional, mental, whatever...just right off the bat say them to yourself and then head on with the rest of your day. This simple act of starting the day on a positive note and with a little self love not only allows your brain and heart to feel good, but can cause a positive view of those around you and brighten their day in turn!
