September Challenge


Time to get back at it! Today's workout is all about strengthening the core while still working the rest of the body. Zone in on your form and continually adjust to make sure your not collapsing in at the hips, letting the knees fall in, or disengaging your abs. Nothing like starting the week out right, you beautiful humans!

Happiness Practice: 2 Minute Gratitude Drill

Take out a piece of paper, a pen, and your timer. Set it for two minutes, hit go, and jot down everything you are grateful for in this world. People, places, things, ideas, skills - keep the pen moving for the full two minutes and do not edit yourself in the process.

After the two minutes are up, take a few to reflect on everything you wrote down. Anything suprise you? Anything you can share with others? Anything you can bring a little bit more into your daily life?
