Today is all about kicking up that intensity. Push yourself hard for each set and when you need a break - stop for three breaths and then get right back into it!

For your Mountain Climbers you can either keep your toes raised or step down at the top of every rep. Test each out and see which feels best for you. Have a blast!

Happiness Practice: Go to Bed Early

Pick a bedtime and stick with it for Day 09! (Then continue to stick with it for the rest of the week.) By creating a routine around sleep you allow your body and mind to sync up and create habitual cues that will make it easier to fall asleep at a decent hour and stay asleep throughout the night. And who doesn't want more of that?!
