Happiness Practice: Start the day out on a positive note
Most of us have a tendency to acknowledge imperfections about ourselves. Sometime we're aware we're doing it and sometimes without and this can have a significant grating effect on our self-view.
Today, wake up and start your day by listing three things that you love about the way you look, the way you feel, and what you are capable of. Then step out your front door and own it, baby!
