Welcome to the last yoga flow of the session. Use this time to center the mind for the coming week celebrations and open our hearts to anything that may come with the season. You are strong, graceful (I almost eat it in this one, so "graceful" is a loose term on this end), and a badass. Get after it!
Happiness Practice: Of the Self
What are you most proud of in regards to yourself? This could be anything from something you've accomplished to something about your personality or the way your mind works. Take five minutes to reflect on all the positives about you and then pick your favorite one and write it down on a small piece of paper. Tuck in your sock drawer or tape it to your fridge to remind yourself how amazing you truely are when you need it!
