First, I want you to push hard and amp up the intensity during these sets. See if you can push yourself a bit harder in each movement and increase how many rounds you can get through. Second, we're decreasing the total time of the workout today and tomorrow so you're body is ready for retesting on Day 21! This is it, so let's make it count.

For today's Happiness Practice we are going to pull our view out to a global level. Take some time to think about everything you are grateful for in the world (large, general view) and then think of some actionable steps you can help ensure that experience or thing for generations to come. For example, if you are grateful and feel connected to the diverse wildlife the earth contains, then what are some realistic steps you can take to help preserve that.
