Time to get into a set of cycles! If you’re going on your own, then set a timer for the first duration and go through as many rounds as you can of the movements. If you’re doing Level One, then set your timer for 10 minutes and the second you finish you'r Boxer Squats start right back up with your Russian Twists w/Heels Down. Build your intensity every time you come back to this lovely, little standard!
