Ludington Workout

Today’s workout is a wonderful little grind set-up with a little bit of core, little bit of legs, little bit of arms and a whole lot of badassery!

Workout named after revolutionary badass Sybil Ludington who (at the age of 16) mounted her horse and rode through the night to warn of approaching British forces to over 400 militia men. .
