Lottie Dot workout

Nothing like a little variety when it comes to the Lottie Dot workout. We’re opening up with a small CYOA and then going back and forth between rounds and more CYOAs. This is one of my favorite designs because it gets in a nice, heart pounding string of conditioning while still building our strength and defining those muscles.

Workout named after Lottie (Charlotte) Dot one of the most versatile athletes of all time. She won the Wimbledon Ladies’ Singles 5 times, played for England’s National Field Hockey Team, won silver for Archery in the 1908 olympics, and wood the British Ladies Amateur Golf Championship. What an underachiever.
