Today’s workout is a Rounds set-up where we are rocking our :20 on/:10 off for the first set and then diving into a bit of a longer duration, but for less rounds in our last.

Workout named after artistic badass painter Frida Kahlo who turned her pain, suffering, and self-reflections into some of the most recognizable piece known today.
