Here we go, all-stars! Day 21 has arrived and you are ready to take it on. Air Squats, Push-ups, Workout and you will have completed your January Challenge like a boss. You should be immensely proud of everything you've put in so far and of all the healthy choices you're going to continue to make. Congrats!
Happiness Practice: Be Pumped
Take a few minutes to reflect on everything you've accomplished and any healthy habits you've developed over the last three weeks. Taking our health into our own hands is a massive accomplishment and has an abundance of positive consequences not only for yourself, but for all those around you.
