January Challenge


Day 17 is short, but we're upticking the intensity today before our last yoga sesh tomorrow. Try to maximize your time with the mini CYOAs and really kick it up. See how far you can get or how many reps you can get in (if you're jumping rope, etc.) and make a note in your training journal to look back on if you repeat the workout later on. Move quick durning your rounds too! 

You should be wiped! Here we go!!

Happiness Practice: Lend a Hand

Keep your eyes open today for anyone who may need a hand. Even small things like opening the door or bringing grocery bags out to the car can make a huge difference in someone's day and make you feel happier and lighter throughout your own.
