Today we are checking back in with Day 01's Air Squat Test, Push-up Test, and workout. Make sure to mark down in your training journal your numbers for each test and how you felt throughout the workout in comparison to Day One. By jotting down our numbers and how we feel, we are able to check in later down the line and really see how our body and mind change throughout training.
This is also a great time to check in with your water intake thoughout the day and week and make any adjustments where needed.

Happiness Practice: Keeping with the theme
Take out a piece of paper and jot down three to ten things you are proud of yourself for accomplishing over these last ten day. They can be related to the challenge or can be something from your normal life.
