I hope your week is rounding out nicely, athletes. Day 14 is all about getting in some much needed relaxation and a little bit of fresh air. Take a couple minutes and get outside today even if it's just a quick walk down the block and back. You are doing amazing work and should be so proud of everything you're accomplishing!

Grant yourself a little time today to get after something creative. Draw the scene outside your apartment or house window, write a poem or start a short story, journal, paint,create a few of these beauts, let those creative juices flow and have some fun with it!
