Day 7 is all about letting the body and mind relax and recover. Our muscles need time to rebuild themselves after we tear them down through our workouts and our minds need time to step away from wide world of things we don't need to be concerned about. (At least not all the time.)

Happiness Practice: Screenless Sunday
Step away from the screens for our Day 07. Turn off the notifcations on your phone and step away from the computer. Get outside, read a book, play knights of twelve kingdoms with your bambinos. Take time for yourself and reconnect with the world around you.
