We're getting into our first grind workout for Day 03 where we weave together small CYOAs with sets of rounds.
For the newbies, a CYOA is a Choose Your Own Adventure where you get to choose a run, swim, bike, row, jump rope, mountain climber/jumping jack/burpee combo, or any other conditioning based movement you'd like.

Happiness Practice: Mini Break Sets
Throughout the day take a few little breaks. These can be three minute meditation breaks or go for a quick walk around the block. Mini breaks are a great way to relax the mind and disconnect it from the cycle it can find itself in. Whatever it is, make sure it doesn't involve a screen and you're allowing the mind to let go of whatever it is clinging to.
