January Challenge

Nice work on Day 01 and setting up those Benchmark Tests. Today's workout is a combination of two Cycles with a nice little rest between. For those of you who are new, a Cycle is a set duration of time where we go through the listed movements as many times as we can before time runs out. So if we had a 5 Minute Cycle of 3 Burpees, 5 Squats, and 10 Shoulder Taps, then the second you finish your last Shoulder Tap you start right back up with your Burpees. 

The scaling options for today are listed in parenthasis under the movemnts.

Happiness Practice: Dance It Out! 

Throw on some guilty pleasure jams or old school tunes and get those booties moving! I'm talkin' cranking it up to 11, busting out the old wooden spoon/microphone, and getting your Beyonce stage presence on.

Sometimes I forget how much I love a certain food and then it pops back up out of nowhere and everything is right in the world. Okay, maybe not that extreme, but what a great day when we get tobring stuffed peppersback into the game.
