Here you will find a collection of workouts and yoga flows you can stream for class or recommend for you students to do when they are at home or on their own. All your students have access to out All-Star program where every week we upload a new line-up of workouts, new links to recipes we love, and a weekly Happiness Practice.

Every workout has three intensity levels you can choose from with a list of scaled movement options for every movement, so all athletes feel comfortable and secure in their workout.

Teacher Notes:

  • When the entire class is rocking a workout together, we recommend starting with Level One and as you repeat the workout throughout the year then start to move up to Level Two or Three.

  • Print out and have your students track their workouts, yoga, and Happiness Practices with our Training Journal Pages.
