How long do the workouts take?

Workouts are typically anywhere from 30-50 minutes depending on the day and the level. (All three home levels can be done straight from your living room and range in time with Level One typically being the shortest.)

Yoga is usually anywhere from 20-25 minutes.


What equipment do I need for the Gym Rat athlete if I want to do it at home?

You’ll need any kind of free weights (dumbbells, kettlebells, or plates), a jump rope, and a pull up bar. If you don’t have one of those, you can always adjust the movement within the workout to make it work for what you have. We’re all about that flexibility!


What if I can’t do the 21 Days in a row?

Not a problem! One of the main goals of Work. Play. Train. is to provide excellent workouts you can do whenever works for you. Feel free to use the workouts as cross training if you are an endurance athlete, strength training if you are a yogi, or stretch the 21 Days out the length of the month if you can’t get to it every day. We are here to make you happier, stronger, and healthier however that plays out in your life!

New to this

I’ve never done anything like this. Will that be a problem?

Absolutely not! If this is your first time doing a program like this (even if you workout regularly, but not this style), then start with the Level One workouts. Level One was made in order to help you create a strong foundation for overall health and lasting strength.
