Day 14 is all about getting out and having a bit of fun with your fitness. This can be anything from playing a giant game of dragon attack with the bambinos, calling some friends over for a game of Dance Dance Revolution (Is this still a thing?! If not, it should be.), or going out for a long walk to check out all the decked out houses for the holidays.

Happiness Practice: Screen Shut Down
Get off the phones, turn off the television, close the computers. Today is all about stepping away and reconnecting with ourselves and those around us. It's important to pay attention to how you react to stepping away from the screens. How many times do you reach for your phone? Do you find yourself wanted to watch a show or research everything that pops into your mind? Recognizing our current habits is be first step to making small adjustments later on if we feel we want to (or need to).
