We're slowing it down today and focusing our bodies and minds in on the now. Yoga is a great way to keep the muscles moving while allowing them to recover (depeding on what kind of flow you're participating in) and letting the mind check in on their status. Full video is up below.

Happiness Practice: Breathe
Today's focus on breathe comes off the mat with us and into our every day. It's one of the best ways to recenter ourselves and remove ourselves from any unwanted stressors. Taking three breaths also allows yourself time to step away from a knee jerk reaction and respond the way you'll feel better about later on. All in all, a win for everyone.
