It's time to get after our Benchmark Workout. We'll repeat our push-up and air squat tests and then repeat Day One's workout followed by a little cool down! Take an extra minute to reflect on how much of a badass you are for getting after all of the work you've accomplished so far.

Take 5 minutes today to take stock of all the things you love in life. People, places, memories, tokens of love, anything you hold near and dear - let it all run through your mind and be pleased with whatever it may be. 

Recipe: Hummus and Cucumber Bites

A perfect side dish when you're not in the mood to cook up something extravagant, but still want to be fancy. Oh, you know what I'm talking about.
