Today we are getting into our cycles. A cycle is a set time where you will repeat the movements listed as many times as you can until time runs out. So if you were to have a 5 minute cycle of 3 push-ups, 3 squats, and 3 sit-ups, then you would do all of those movents in that order and when you finished your last sit-up you would start back with push-ups right away.
The scaling options are in (parenthasis) for these workouts, so take a gander if you need to adjust the movement!
Happiness Practice: Quietly Take Note
Spend your day tomorrow (or today depending on when you're reading this) to quietly tally up all the small goodness you witness. There are a million little moments of happiness, joy, love, compassion, and kindness happening all the time and the more we train ourselves to recognize these moments the easier they are to see when things aren't feeling so great and we need that little bit of extra light.
