Happiness Practice: What is it about them?
Turn to your first Happiness Practice worksheet at the back of your Master Welcome Packet called “What is it about them?” and take a few minutes to think of the people you admire most in life. What makes them so special? What are the key elements you respect the most? Are they generous with their time? Do they create a sense of community? Take a few minutes to jot down all the things you think are admirable about each of them and then reflect on how you can bring more of that into your own life tomorrow and the days to come.
