This Week’s CYOA
Time for some fast action on the track, in the pool, or anywhere else you’re planning on getting after your CYOA this week. Warm-up and Cool Down are super important when it comes to workouts like this, so don’t go short cutting either one. The slow paced section is meant for the body to keep moving, but nice and relaxed in order to give it your all during the sprint section. Enough chit chat. Get out there and have some fun!
