This Week’s CYOA

Oh yeah! Time for a little CYOA. For those of you new to the program, our Choose Your Own Adventures are set durations (will change every week) of any conditioning movement you’d like to partake in. You can run, swim, bike, ski, row, hoola hoop, dance, jump rope, walk, jog, do minute on/minute off of light/medium kettlebell swings, burpee/mountain climber mash-up, you name it!
