Work. Play. Train. in an online fitness community started to help bring fun, intelligently designed programming to everyone no matter their location or fitness level. I started the program in 2015 while I was living in NYC per request of my family who wanted a fun way to get fit. We launched the first 21 Day Challenge and -holy mother- did they kill it! Even my grandmother got in on the fun.
Now, participants from all over have seen tremendous results - going from being able to do a single push-up in a minute to doing 25(!), dropping ten pounds, feeling clear minded and centered, and simply being able to recognize how awesome they feel on a daily basis - all in three weeks of committing to the Challenge!
