August 21 Day Challenge


I hope your active rest was a blast for Day 07 and you are feeling good are ready to take on Day 08! Today's workout is all about core engagement and rocking that form. You guys are killing it and should be so proud!

As always, scale when and where needed. You can do this by switching to one of the movements listed on the right side of the screen or by taking a ten second rest when needed. Quality work, baby!

Happiness Practice: Start the Day on a Positive Note

For Day 08, I want you to wake up and the first thing into your brain is something positive about yourself. It can be something you're proud of that you have accomplished. It can be a mindset you are going to hold throughout the day. It can be something physical, emotional, mental you love about yourself. Whatever it is - wake up, say it to yourself when you wake up, say it to yourself when you're in the bathroom getting ready for the day, say it to yourself when you walk out the door.
