August 21 Day Challenge


Yas! You guys are unbelievable. I hope you had a lovely yoga day yesterday and are ready to dive into another workout to get us ready for the weekend! Day 5 is our Kahlo workout where you will need a heavy household object (backpack full of books, coffee can full of coins, your child, you name it!) and a chair, bench, or couch.

Keep up those awesome Healthy Eating Guidelines for the month! You are truly puting in amazing work and should be so proud.

Happiness Practice: Happy Place

Take out a piece of paper and either sketch or write a description of a place you truly adore and where you feel happy and safe. This can be a place from when you were little, a recent place you discovered, or a place complete constructed in your mind. Hold that image or description in your mind and later today, when things are going your way or you're feeling stress, pull it back into your brain and feel that quick, little flow of peace.
