August 21 Day Challenge
Let's start our Day 11 with lovely little flow to help our minds and bodies feel good! One of my favorite things about yoga is you can get after a flow wearing anything...including your pajamas. Set the alarm, hit play, and move forward through your day feeling focused and centered.
Happiness Practice: Three Slow Breaths
Throughout the day today stop whatever you're doing and take three long, slow, focused breaths. Inhale through the nose, exhale through the mouth. Try to give your full attention to how it feels, how it sounds, and nothing else.
