August 21 Day Challenge


Day Three is a group favorite when it comes to set-up. Our Grind style workouts weave together our cardio-based movements with our body weight movements for a whole mess of fun!

For these workouts you will see CYOA - this means you can "Choose Your Own Adventure" and allows you to dive into any cardio-based activity you'd like. Run, swim, bike, row, jump rope, get after some stair repeats - it's your call! Then we will go into mini-cyles to break it up.

Tomorrow's meet up will be at 701 N. Wheeling Rd. Mount Prospect, IL 60056 (Capannari Ice Cream warehouse parking lot) starting at 6:45 am. Feel free to bring a friend or family member along free of charge!*

Happiness Practice: Spread the Love... and everything like love.

It's time to let people know you care. It doesn't have to be some grand gesture or profession of love, but just simply let people know you are happy they're in your life. This tiny acknowledgement can be immensly powerful for both the person you are showing appreciation for and for your own mind and soul.
