Atkins Workout

The Atkins workout starts out fast and furious, darlings. Push yourself hard durning the 20 seconds and then let yourself fully rest durning the 10. If you want to track your reps during each 20, then right it down and try to hit around the same number each time. After your first set, we settle in for 45ers, so slow it down a bit and try to go for as long as you can before taking a break. You’ve got this!

Workout named after Vera Atkins who was one badass spy in WWII. She served in a number of different ways and went on, later in life, to uncover the fate of nearly every spy she sent into the field.
