21 Day Challenge

03/21

For Day 03/21 we're going after three separate cycles at three durations. A cycle is a number of different exercises you try to get through as many times as you can within a set duration. The goal is to move quickly without sacrificing form. 

If this is your first time with this kind of programming or working out and you feel super sore today, then don't push too hard but make sure to get the workout in. A common mistake is to take the day off and this only will make us even more sore and have us struggling to get back into the swing of things. A great swap too is to go out for a 20-40 minute jog instead of the workout if you'd prefer that route.

Happiness Practice: Start the Day Out Right 

The moment you get out of bed today, rattle off three things you like about yourself. Then when you're done having your morning tea or coffee of breakfast go ahead and name three more. Theeeeeen when you head out the door for the day - boom - you guessed it...three more.
