Three cycles dropping in duration each time. For our little baby cycle at the end you are adding a rep to every round you complete. So the first round you complete one push-up and one air squat, then second round complete two and two, then three… and so on. Record what round you get up to in your Training Journal and kick some butts! (Preferably your own :P)
