Welcome to the 7 Day Challenge!
Each evening your next day’s programming will appear below so you have a little insight into the fun that lies ahead. There will be three levels to choose from for the workouts (all with their own follow along videos) & one follow along yoga video for all levels for our yoga days. Every day will include a quick and easy Happiness Practice and links to some of my favorite recipes from around the internet as well.
All the weighted movements can be executed with objects from around the house, so no need to purchase a thing.
As always, our workouts are named after badass women in history and we’ll supply you with some cool insight into these amazing humans.
