21 Day Challenge
Time to stretch the body and give it a little love and care after all that hard work you just put in. Yoga is a great time to listen to how your body feels in the moment and try to find the sweet spot of stretching just enough to feel the muscles being cared for, but not so far where it hurts. Happiness Practice: 5 Minute Meditation
You can take this on to the end of your yoga flow or use it as a little brain boost during the middle of the day, but wherever you decide to place it today's Happiness Practice is all about giving the mind space to relax. Set a timer for 5 minutes and gently close your eyes. You can be seated on a chair with both feet flat on the ground and hands on your knees or seated on the ground in criss-cross apple sauce, half lotus, or full lotus with your hands on your knees or lap. Slow your breath and start to count your inhales and exhales. Inhale for one, exhale for one, inhale for two, exhale for two and so on until time runs out. I promise you'll feel like you just drank a double shot of espresso.
