21/21: Hello, Finish Line!
This is it! Welcome to the last benchmark of the challenge. We are back to our Push-up Test, Air Squat Test, and then the Wangari Workout. Your body should feel nice and rest and ready to push yourself hard!

Workout named after Wangari Maathai, the badass founder of the Green Belt Movement, political activist, and author. She was the first woman in East and Central Africa to earn her doctorate and went on the become the first African woman to win a Nobel Peace Prize. The Green Belt Movement fought to replenish the earth, create sustainable development, and for women’s rights.
Happiness Practice: Reflect on Your Badassery
You are seriously amazing. Take some time to look back on everything you've accomplished and the amount of dedication you've put in. You've put in the time and energy and created strong fitness and healthy eating habits. No easy feat! Take a minute to look back and give yourself a giant self five.
