21 Day Challenge: Benchmark
How are we already here?! Today is one of our Benchmark Days and we're repeating our Day 01 push-up test, air squat test, and Wangari Workout. Make sure to have your tracking sheet close to record how many push-ups and air squats you complete within the minute.
Day 11 is a nice recovery yoga flow, so give Day 10 all you got!

Workout named after Wangari Maathai, the badass founder of the Green Belt Movement, political activist, and author. She was the first woman in East and Central Africa to earn her doctorate and went on the become the first African woman to win a Nobel Peace Prize. The Green Belt Movement fought to replenish the earth, create sustainable development, and for women’s rights.
Happiness Practice: Take a minute to recognize how awesome you are.
Take out a piece of paper, pen, and set your phone timer for three minutes. Hit go and write down everything you are proud of accomplishing in the last ten days. This can be focused on all you have been getting after with the challenge, achievements (can be big, small, everyday size things that you are proud of or that make you happy) in your real life, or a combination of both. Keep that pen moving until the timer runs out. Then take a minute to look over everything you've written down.
