14/21: What fitness is all about!
Get out and do something fun today with your fit self. Go for a hike, pick up a game of basketball, play tag with the kids. Taking care of our bodies and minds should, of course, be so we live long and happy lives, but also so we can get out and play from as long as we possibly can. Have some fun with it and I will see you on Day 15!
