21 Day Challenge
Welcome to three weeks jam-packed full of workouts, yoga, and healthy choices! You are going to do amazing and I can’t wait to see everything you accomplish. I highly recommend using your Training Journal and Tracking Sheet to see how much your hard work is paying off.
Healthy Tip: Set a timer for first thing in the morning or last thing at night to check in with the day’s (or next day’s) programming so you are ready, motivated, and keeping your healthy choices at the forefront of your mind.
